About

My mission is to help foster the health and well-being of our planet and all of her inhabitants.

An experienced athlete, Mary Anne has learned the value of teamwork and a good sense of humour to make things run more smoothly. She  has a passion for gardening, rock climbing, hiking, baseball, skiing and loves grounding under a tree on a warm, sunny day!

Prior to studying massage therapy, Mary Anne studied holistic nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and traveled to many eco-retreats worldwide with the WOOFING (Willing Workers on Organic Farms) program where she enjoyed helping with the gardens and learning healthy lifestyle skills.

Mary Anne has created an ecologically friendly massage therapy practice to help facilitate the healing of her patients/clients and to also honour what she values most; which is health and wellness for our planet and all its inhabitants.

As a Registered Massage Therapist, Mary Anne Patterson is a regulated health professional. To become regulated in Ontario each RMT must complete 2200 hours of education (e.g. 3 years of college) and pass the registration exams hosted by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
